What You Will Need to Apply:
*Last two years of W2 forms and two current paystubs, showing at least 30 days of year to date income
*If self-employed, please provide the last two years of signed tax returns (business and personal) with all schedules, along with a signed year-to-date profit and loss statement
*Last two months of bank statements for all checking and savings accounts
*For purchases, please provide a binder or fully executed (dated and signed by all parties) Contract of Sale
*Payment for appraisal and application fee
